I am standing up to the CCP and other hostile nations of foreign by introducing A5301 which would prohibit them from owning property in New York State. This is basic common sense, but New York State has once again been asleep at the wheel and failed to act—even as massive swaths of farmland in states like California and Oklahoma has been targeted.
