YONKERS, NY – SEIU Local 704, which represents municipal employees of the City of Yonkers has announced its endorsement of Matt Slater for the 94th Assembly District.
Dominick Saverese, President of Local 704 said, "Matt Slater will bring an abundance of experience and energy to the New York State Assembly. Local 704 is confident he will have a positive impact on New York State and the 94th Assembly District. Our organization is honored to support his candidacy."

Slater is the endorsed Republican and Conservative candidate having successfully turned in five times the required number of signatures to be on the ballot. He has earned prominent endorsements by statewide and local organizations including LIUNA, the Affiliated Police Assoication of Westchester, North Atlantic Council of Carpenters, the Westchester County Correction Officers Benevolent Association and IAFF 2956 among others.
The 94th Assembly District includes Carmel, Kent, Patterson, Putnam Valley, Somers, Southeast and parts of Yorktown. Election Day is November 8th.
