Slater Announces The Bubbly Pony Awarded ‘Best Business of the 94th District’ for February

Assemblyman Matt Slater (R,C-Yorktown) joined Yorktown Councilman Sergio Esposito in awarding The Bubbly Pony, a mobile bar on wheels serving Westchester, the Hudson Valley and beyond, as the ‘Best Business of the 94th District’ as voted on through Slater’s social media accounts. The Bubbly Pony, which has a storefront in Jefferson Valley Mall, is a bartending rental service company which can be reserved for weddings, bridal showers, graduation parties and many other events.

“Congratulations to The Bubbly Pony and its owner, Alexis Speckman, for being named Best Business of the 94th for February. Alexis started her business with just a dream and a renovated horse trailer, but her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication have allowed her to flourish as a successful small business owner,” Slater said. “I am so proud of entrepreneurs like Alexis and wish her and The Bubbly Pony the best of luck in the future!”

Esposito said, “When I first walked into The Bubbly Pony, I had no idea what to expect and immediately realized why they were the winners of The 94th Assembly District Best In Business Award. I will tell you that this concept of having pop-up events and the traveling mobile bar is certainly a great one and will undoubtedly be successful. You really have to check this place out.”

March’s category of ‘Best of the 94th’ is non-profits and voting will be made available shortly on Assemblyman Slater’s social media.

The above information was previously distributed and made public for immediate release by the New York State Assembly.
